Poing de Non-Retour (PDNR) is a short movie produced by the French association La Ve Rafale as its graduation movie at the filming school ESRA. PDNR is a light-hearted, comical short paying homage to the French Noir and Hongkongese action genres.

The challenge was to create a poster in the same tone as the short. I took inspiration from Paul Rand's movie poster works to create a poster and wordmark in a stricking, angular, retro style.
